Nibris, a dedicated team behind Sadness and ROTR, has recently revealed a new underway project named The Children of the Night exclusively for the Nintendo’s DS. In an interview with Cubed³, one of Nibris’ employs told that apart from Sadness and Double Pang for Nintendo’s futuristic console Wii, they have currently another project in the pipeline for the DS.
Here is what the official said:
We are also working on some new projects that will start actual development once these three games have reached the completion stages. As mentioned earlier, we are not interested in bringing Sadness to the Nintendo DS, but are working on another horror game that will be dedicated specifically to the Nintendo DS - ‘The Children of the Night’.
Instead of black and white, the third-person horror game will be featuring full colors with an in-depth screenplay. However, interviewer failed to dig more information about the ongoing project.
Moreover, the official reported that Sadness is almost complete however, still, the creative team has a lot of irons in the fire. Hence, we can hope lots of game trailers and new screens coming out in the near future before the game ships to the store shelves.
