Recently Nintendo President Satoru Iwata in an interview suggested that its upcoming next-gen console Nintendo Revolution would support multiple storage options. He suggested that 'practically any storage method could be use'.

Since the Revolution wouldn't have any internal drive but only a 512 MB Flash Memory, and built-in SD card support, it will give the user the option to choose any kind of storage.
What does this mean? You can get a 160 GB Seagate HDD for just about 60 dollars. Now compare it with the $100 for 20 GB for the Xbox 360!
It seems the Revolution has already started beating the competitors (if u count the yet to be launched PS 3) on quite a few areas.
Let's see who emerges the current champ in the next-generation console race. Already, an overwhelming majority are placing their bets with the Revolution!
More details on Nintendo storage in Joystiq. Thanks.
