The Nintendo Wii has an SD memory card but no hard drive to go with. Wii fans would know how frustrating it is because there isn’t much space on the Nintendo Wii to add newer downloaded games. All that might change as Nintendo is planning to use the state-of-the-art holographic storage. Though at the moment Nintendo calls it a miniature flexure based scanners for angle multiplexing, it just means holographic storage if you probe a little. The technology helps store data at a much faster rate compared to current technologies. However, it is still speculative as to which technology Wii might use to increase the storage space.
