If you love digging vintage games, chances are you won't find any very easily. Most games that do get designed end up getting rejected and are never taken father than the drawing board. Brandon Sheffield, the editor-in-chief of Game Developer magazine did an extensive research on Google and found some really cool patented games of Nintendo and Sega. One of the more interesting games that Brandon found was the VR headset, which was pimped by Sega and also a weird racing game that had to be played on the TV. This only shows us that many interesting and cool games end up being patented but never see the light of the day.
