'Nintendo' has revealed that their much awaited 'Mii Popularity channel' will be released in April, next month. The owners of a Japanese Wii consoles have recently received a message in this regards from the gaming giant.

As reported earlier, this channel would add a new dimension to the cute personal avatars known as 'Miis' and will allow gamers to compare their Miis with one another and also vote on their favorites.
The worldwide release of the 'Mii Popularity channel' is still not clear but Nintendo is sure to have planned a strategy to market it back to back with their Japan launch.
The news of the new channel has been doing rounds since Shigeru Miyamoto gave a keynote speech at GDC last week in this regards.
The future of the channel is uncertain yet but if we look at the past of Nintendo then a familiar image appears.
Nintendo means success.
