PAL Virtual Console
Paradroid is a classic Commodore 64 computer game written by Andrew Braybrook and published by Hewson in 1985. The gameplay basically revolves around a spaceship (Paradroid) full of rogue robots which you, the player, are required to annihilate. Now you can either destroy the bots with your special laser beam or by transferring yourself into their computer minds. The thing is that the more powerful the bot, the less time you have to destroy them before you run out of juice yourself, but as you get through to higher levels, you get to inflict more damage and sustain less injuries of your own. The game has 20 levels and though it looks a little dated, its still fun to rid the world of the bad guys, retro style! The game is now available on PAL Virtual Console and is worth 500 Wii Points.
