Peggle is one of the most talked about games of this year and has already been downloaded more than 10 million times. It was made available online for download earlier this year in March by developer PopCap Games.
PopCap Games are surely taking Peggle one step forward by launching its iPod version. It will cost user $4.99 and is available on iTunes store in French, German, Italian, Japanese and Spanish. Peggle for iPod is just like Windows and Mac version of the game. The only added feature will let you play your own choice of songs.
Jason Kapalka, co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of PopCap says,
The clickwheel input of the iPod is a natural fit for controlling Peggle, so we knew this adaptation of the game would be amazing and with the Duel Mode included, two players can pass the iPod back and forth while battling their way to Extreme Fever!
I can bet that with iPod release, Peggle will gain new heights and surely will become one of the greatest casual games ever (or is it already?).
