Dunno if you need too many reasons to love your PS3 even more. Then again too much is not enough for us humans. PlayTV PVR is a Freeview digital TV receiver box for PS3 and promises to transform your gaming console into a little media center in its own right. PlayTV connects to television aerial and then it uses USB to connect to PS3. From there you can schedule to watch and even record freeview television right on PS3. The best thing perhaps is that user will not be required to stop gaming and the little add on will work quietly in the background so long as USB is connected and you have firmware version 2.41. The price tag around £60 and the UK release date is 10th September, 2008. Plenty of time to get that hard drive expanded I believe.
