When I went through the list, I must admit, I found that list is actually very agreeable. There might be a few games that may have been ranked otherwise, however, the list is fairly accurate and I am sure most gamers and PS 2 fans would agree.

Now that you have the list here, you might argue that why isn't RE 4 isn't ranked higher than the 8th position it got or why isn't Shadow of Colossus not above Soul Calibur. Well, GameSpy has the reasons. But I have to say that the list is a fair one.
