A major drawback with PS2 has been its inability to play video content online. Now all that will change thanks to BroadQ LLC’s new software application. Christened Qtv, the application runs on a server run by BroadQ and the software on the terminal side does the same thing as well. With the help of this server, Qtv downloads metadata and display information on online videos that are available. The Qtv is highly customizable and can set keywords for their favorite videos and this is just an example. The Qtv would cost $49.95 and BroadQ would begin selling it’s software application this fall to mobile phones and PCs. The company has many other plans for it’s new software application and is a huge bonus to those of us who love playing games.
