Week ago a news floated over Gamespot about backward compatibility that blurt about the perfect backward compatibility of PS3 over older titles. But the reality broke free just a day after PS3 launch in Japan. However Sony has admitted the blunder and they says that while developing the software they are left behind with few limitations and they are sweating hard to get rid of them.
The PS3 console launched on11th of Nov. doesn’t play smooth around 200 old titles out of 8000 and Sony has bagged the credit for that big slip-up with huge slump in share-market early the same day, still standing far behind Nintendo.
But now dictating their fault the Sony officials are too considerate about it, even Kaz Hirai, President/CEO of SCE America has publicly announced that they are gravely working on it and we are aiming for 100% pious compatibility and will soon get it possible.
