PSP & PS 2: New games announced for the consoles

IGN reports that the latest issue of Famitsu has revealed that there would be new titles both for PSP and PS 2.

For PSP, Bandai Namco Games will be bringing SD Gundam G Generation Portable that is the latest entry in the SD Gundam G Generation series. Developed by Tom Create, G Generation Portable features an astounding 700-plus characters and 1000 Mobile Suits which are pulled from a total of 15 Gundam titles right from the 1979's original Gundam to 2004's Gundam Seed Destiny.

A Japanese release is planned for some time this year.

For the PS 2, Sunrise Interactive will release Sunrise Eiyuutan 3 to the PS2. Like games before it, this game too calls on characters and robots from the past 30 years of Sunrise anime history, with such productions as Dragonar, Gundam Wing, and Raijin-Oh making it this time. Playing as a trader by the name of Shawn Rumble, start an RPG with the classic heroes and robots, taking on quests for money as you work through a highly interesting multi-threaded storyline.
