Resident Evil 4
Hoverer, Resident Evil 4 has already been confirmed by Japanese gaming mag Famitsu on two or three days ago. The mag also revealed some details regarding Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles.
But now the title has appeared on the official site of Capcom that authenticates the Wii version of RE4.
The Wii version of RE4 will include some added features that were added to the PS2 version. Moreover, it comes with some enhanced Wii control scheme like aiming will be done with the pointer while reloading and knife fighting will be done by shaking the remote.
On the other hand, RE4: Umbrella Chronicles will be an on-rails shooter using the Wii-mote pointer to aim. The analog stick on the nunchuck will be used to look around and the player will have to choose a path during certain parts. Several RE characters will return as well.
Resident Evil 4 will hit the Wii platform on May 31st, 2007 in Japan. More we will be able to dig on Capcom's "Gamer's Day" press event on April 12th.
