Either we talk about videogame controversy or best action-adventure game; there is only one name that kisses our lips at once is God Of War II.

The current chartbuster game is a unique development of Sony Computer Entertainment's Santa Monica division, exclusively for PS2. The game is an immediate successor of God Of War that also carried a PS2 exclusivity with it.

The highly anticipated sequel is encompassing the entire gaming world with brutal carnage, bloody battles and receiving effusive reviews from various sites. However, the criticism lies always nearby, so some harsh critics have taken this game as well at aim, calling it a sex-prone game, having some adult content containing some nudity. Overall, the game is doing well with selling more than 833,000 copies in March.
Game-Plot:
Like prequel, the whole story of the game revolvers around Kratos that was known the 'Ghost of Sparta' and 'Champion of Ares' sometimes, but now the new God of War.
Despite being gifted with the power of a god, Kratos remains the betrayed hero. Vengeance takes Kratos to the all the civilians residing on Mount Olympus. Ignoring the pleas of Athena, Kratos sends himself plummeting to the city of Rhodes.

In this way, the story of the God Of War II progresses and touches the new heights of agility.
Gameplay:
In the second iteration, Kratos is quickly betrayed by Zeus and made feeble. Kratos is killed and sent to Hades, but fate has also to play its role so gets rescued by Gaia, mother of Titans and grandmother to Zeus. Gaia recruits Kratos and sends him out on his quest to gain vengeance on the Olympians, both for himself and for the titans.

The game comes with a great smoothness as there is hardly any down time as we play the game. From the very beginning of the game, you are constantly forced to jump into fighting a giant colossus in frequent stages amidst foes on the battleground.
Every step, Kratos go on battling tons of enemies, most of them are familiar that you have played a lot in the last game.
Unlike the original which only had a few boss battles, there's regular clashes with bosses that are usually multiple moded. However, it's hard to explain the game in few hundred words, but if you get your hands on the game, you'll discover the essence of the game.

Although the story appears pretty familiar to that you played in the original one, the sequel gives more emphasis on puzzles that you meet almost every time you blink. However, most of them are simple by core, but too perplexing, sometimes.
