The gamers also with great passion for the newly arrived stealth based game with their brand new consoles with great guts like spies have in real life. The enthusiastic gameplay made Splinter Cell: Double Agent a great game with offering a wide range of perilous circumstances with numerous ways to dodge them.

Game Plot:

The gameplay has been set shortly after the events of Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory as Sam Fisher is flown to Iceland to investigate suspicious activities at a geothermal plant, where he teams up with a determined man named John who eventually gets himself killed during the mission.

Gameplay:

The most interesting modification in the latest Double Agent has to do with the amount of faith placed in Fisher by Third Echelon or the terrorist organization, JBA (John Brown’s Army). These bars dictate the amount of negative actions they are willing to put up with. Almost all the levels contain various objectives that increase the faith meters for each side and key points in the game will require a decision for one specific side. The game contains many ups and down during gameplay.

Sam Fisher looks quite vigorous with his silencer studded pistol that he firmly grips in his hands and silently kills some soldiers. The ingame missions are slightly easier to complete. Another good thing in game is the new maps that Sam luckily gets and helps Sam determine the position of enemy.

Different levels are divided among various foreign locations like Russia, China, Africa, and Mexico. The most appealing thing associated with gameplay is the terrorist headquarters that is located in New York City. A JBA headquarters level in NYC gives you 30 minutes to complete different objectives which create huge problems as any sight of Sam in a confidential area forces a restart.

The headquarters uses a variety of secure locks such as voice printing, fingerprint analysis, or retinal scans. Each JBA trip forces Sam to acquire access capabilities through some very creative choices. In such a way the game becomes more and more enchanting as you go on clearing various levels.

Cons
:

• Audio: Pretty much identical to the previous versions

Bottom-line:

Splinter Cell: Double Agent isn’t on the Xbox360 must have game, even then the game is certainly an excellent addition to the Splinter Cell series. It failed to surpass the popularity of Chaos Theory but still it’s a healthy stealth based game. The game has been launched over Xbox360 and Wii but PS3 launch is still waiting that will come out sometime in March 2007 when Europe would be celebrating PS3 launch.
