Boycott Jagex!! I played RS (and paid for members) for a year and a half and they banned me because their was a mix up with their surfpin thing when my phone got disconnected.

After all the money I paid them, they banned me over 10 lousy dollars. They don’t give a crap about their customers.

my account got hacked on the 15th of august at about 10 o’ clock and he kept talking to me off my account to my other account but he also got it permanetly banned so i appealed the 3 things he did and it said for 1 of them that it has been declined but there goin to give me access again anyway but i cant get on because my account is still locked because of the other 2 apeals when will i get my account back

My son’s account (skater9478 lvl 112) has been locked due to let’s see– they say it may have been stolen. I have now tried to get it back 6 times with no success always the same decline. The cause of this would be I switched internet providers for faster speed. They don’t seem to care. What else do you want my blood. What is it going to take to get my son’s account back now?

My son’s account got hacked less than 12 hours after paying. Trying to reach these jerks to get my money back is not easy. I have contacted the BBB in the UK, my local officials, and any blog, post or otherwise where I can warn people about this crap, I have either already done or will continue to do. His account was redden rage.
