The videogame industry is (I think) following the same trend as it is ripping up the old sores by making more and more videogames on World War. Once again, after offering dozens of action adventure games, videogame developer Pandemic Studios is heading to a new WWII thermetic game named Saboteur.
The latest issue of Game Informer magazine very firstly caries a detail about Pandemic’s new WWII based game Saboteur in the pipeline. The article claims that the present WWII game will be quite contrary to other existing ones that will be a perfect blend of action, stealth and open world gameplay.
What’s inside the game ‘Saboteur‘?
The game takes space in the time of WWII in France where you play the role an anti-Nazi activist in French confrontation that will fight Nazism with his unsuppressed bravery.
The protagonist fights Nazism to set free the Nazi controlled area. The Nazi controlled area is represented in black and white colors and as you go on liberating the area, it automatically gets colorized.
The game is looking for a publisher and platforms as well since which platform it will be supporting is unknown, until now. The game is scheduled for launch sometime in 2008.
Pros:
• Game takes a different scenario as compared to prior versions
• Open world gameplay
Cons:
• The game would be a moot-point as it releases (may be even before its launch) because of controversial game content
Anyway, there is much to surface about the game like platforms it would be supporting, gameplay modes, price thing, etc, etc. we will keep you updated, stay turned.........!

Interesting! Even though theres so many war games out there I sometimes can’t help but to be interested in them. Especially World War II games which seem to be the worst offenders.
At least from that one screen shot looks radically different already. Which is a good thing. Hopefully it doesn’t prove too controversial and gets a publisher here.
