Mobile Games
Pocket Gamer reporting from GDC has come up with a list of mobile games that are going to hit the market soon. They took out the list of five game of what they thought was the best.
Let's see how the list looks like:
a) Planet For-You (Capcom): It is a role-playing game where you play as a cute girl who spends her time going on quests to fight monsters. It's out in Japan already.
b) Battle Cake (HeroCraft HiTech): Which is the world's first multiplayer custard-pie fight mobile game.
c) Pet Trap (Mikoishi): PETA might be putting some resistance for the release of this game in the Western world. It involves connecting wires to electrocute your opponent's pet before they can kill yours. I can't approve of this game really. What a weird and sadistic idea turned into a game!
d) Devil Darts (Touchlink Mobile): It's a darts game except for one thing - you choose what picture goes on the dartboard. How? By taking a photo with your cameraphone, which is then incorporated into the game. So, getting any idea mates? Your boss, your GF/BF, school bully....
e) Space Invaders X Pac-Man (Taito / Namco) Mash-ups - where one song is blended with another - are all the rage in the music world.
