Here’s some good news for all you gamers. Apparently Sony is all set to launch a GPS add-on for the PSP early next year along with other gaming applications. Not only will the platform support navigation and maps but it might also help game development which can take advantage of GPS technology. Sony is expected to introduce the GPS solution to third party publishers and is currently brainstorming ideas within its first-party studios to do the same. Even though Sony intends to start shopping the GPS add-on to publishers this year, we can realistically expect a GPS game from Sony sometime early next year.
