Sony and Namco Bandai are going to perform a joint venture called Cellius Inc. Cellius Inc is the new company emerged due to the alliance of two big banners and the emerged company will be developing PS3 games, content for mobile phones and PCs, etc.

Tokyo-based Bloomberg reports that in the new venture named Cellius Inc, Sony will be the grater share holder with owning 51% shares while Namco Bandai 49%.
The new company will make its debut in the hi-tech world on March 6th. However, much detail is not yet available on the future plans of the venture but one thing is for sure that the new company has been introduced to give a strong back up to the Sony's underdog next-gen console; PS3 that is confronting misery these days due to the stiff swordfight.
Cellius Inc is also ammo to give rough shod to Sony's nearest business rivals Microsoft (in gaming market and PC world) and Apple (music world and digital home appliances).
As you know Namco Bandai is a veteran game developer that has previously developed the titles onto PS3 as well and now this could be an attempt to retain the exclusiveness of prior game titles. The details about latest game development by the new entity are yet to surface but this is sure that the new evolution will be far better than Ridge Racer and Tekken series.
