Sony PSP GPS set for US launch (sometime next year)

The Japanese have had their tai-chi practicing hands on it for the past two years and looks like Sony lovers outside Japan will be able to get their own PSP with GPS very soon. Well in a year’s time at least. The US PSP navigation software is going to be powered by Tele Atlas with some serious maps and a really handy UI that will allow you 3D walkthroughs of cities and you can even run it off UMD or memory stick as well. The seriously good thing about is that it comes with a car-mount which, for something between $100 to $200, is a pure steal.
