Some rumors are again in the air saying that European launch has further been delayed up to Sept 2007 in spite of pre-declared March. However denying any such statement on the part of Sony say that they have no such rescheduling plan ad they will stick to their commitment that saying PS3 will be launched in March.

Months ago Sony Worldwide Studios' head Phil Harrison himself made the declaration that there will be no further delay in European launch date.
As all you know the delay in PS3 launch occurred due to the paucity of Blu-ray components and hence governing a shortage in production.
