Here comes the nutcracking news - SouthPeak Games has announced Monster Madness: EX for the PS3. Moreover, the game has been dated for early next year launch across North America.

Some of you might have heard of or even played Monster Madness: Battle for Suburbia (an acute gory shoot'em title from 'Artificial Studios') on the Xbox360, PS3 or PC, the same title after undergoing some mod, is heading towards the PS3 in the form of 'EX' (Extra) version. As you guessed it right, the 'EX' version comes with some probable changes like perked up controls, a bundle of mini-games, a brushed-up graphics and a few other goodies thrown in for good measure.
The officials say that the Monster Madness series has a lot to serve to all age-groups and now with revamped co-op online multiplayer mode and gripping new content, the game is poised to break new grounds on the powerful PS3 system. SouthPeak is hoping that the Monster Madness offspring on the PS3 platform will turn out to be more successful than the original one selling quite lethargically.
