Sony’s handheld, PSP as well as its redesign rumors, both are outdated, PSP redesign rumor has been revolving around the net, for a long time, and now seems like it’ll never come true, but once again, the gaming blog Kotaku has once again aired the monster. The blog says that this time there are few details that appear from the sources, very close to Sony. The

Here is what Kotaku describes over its blog:
• A trimmed down design with a LED screen
• Screen with sharper images and smaller dimensions, leading to lesser space occupancy resulting in an enhancement of PSP's battery life by up to four times to that of existing one
• A faster UMD drive resulting in shortened load times
• Improved D-Pad, which resembles that of the PS3's
• 8GB of internal flash memory
In accordance with the post, Sony is currently tentative over inclusion of a built-in camera. Redesigned version of PSP will not be featuring touch-screen ability.
Sony is planning to set the price of redesigned even lesser than cut-rated PSP costing $170. The final product will be revealed at this year’s E3 expo. The release date of redesigned PSP is set for August.

However, Sony has refused to set any comment, we have to wait until this year’s E3 expo, and see our speculations breaking.
