Developers of Square have unveiled some new details on the Chocobo breeding feature in a brand new update on the Final Fantasy XI official site. It was announced as a part of the new expansion pack, ‘The Treasures of Aht Urghan’. However the functionality was not in place at the launch event. This particular feature will be made available the next version update for expansion owners.



This is an upgraded form of the gardening functionality, and this feature will allow both hardcore and casual players to attempt and raise a Chocabo; the website tells you. The player actually by taking some care of it can raise the chocobo for minimum amount of time each day over a span of roughly 1 to 3 months.
