THQ has exclusively informed Eurogamer that the 'delayed and delayed' PC's first person shooter game 'S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl' is now ready for a next year release.

The game has already been demonstrated at the E3 event. This futuristic game is set in 2012. The gamer is a mercenary who has a huge task in hand to complete. He has to enter the Chernobyl exclusion zone. However, this is not an easy task as scary mutants are out there thirsty for more blood.
