The Star Trek universe is set to expand with Bethesda’s new sequel to the series named Star Trek: Conquest for Nintendo’s best-selling system Wii. The new installment is a blend of strategy and intense action genre set in the next-gen era.

In the gameplay, players will take control of Federation, Klingon, Romulan, Cardassin, Dominion, and Breen forces on a crusade to conquer a planet in the galaxy. The turn-based strategy element of the game will make full use of Wii-mote’s motion-sensing capability to make robust counterattack on the enemies so as to scotch their existence.
Once you bring down your enemies in an airborne combat, the game places you directly in the role of an Admiral, who watches over all control of the Starship during the battle.
With an assistance of the Nunchuk attachment, you will be able to get a tight hold on the game while the ship-to-ship combat is in deep water.

The game has not yet been rated by ESRB. Including the Wii platform, Star Trek: Conquest has been announced for the PS2 as well. The Wii version of the game will cost around $29.99, while the PS2 version $19.99, as it comes out this holiday season.
