Being highly dependent on third party developers, Xbox360 and PS3 are two next-gen consoles that are in good books of EA. But, it bothers Nintendo not at all, since major games to the Wii comes from first-party developer (Nintendo) only.
Super Mario Galaxy is also one of those vibrant titles meant for the Wii that is currently under development from Nintendo and will be launched later this year. North American gaming magazine Nintendo Power has uncovered the storyline details for the upcoming Wii game.
The magazine says that in every century, a comet passes over the Mushroom Kingdom and pours down magical stars and stardust. As Princess Peach and the citizens of the kingdom are celebrating the centennial occasion, Bowser and his legions make a brutal attack on the planet. As Mario puts in all attempts to put down Bowser’s attack, but everything goes haywire. The next thing that he cognizes is he finds himself on a mysterious moon high above the Mushroom Kingdom.
Apart from epic storyline, the game will feature 120 stars to retrieve, 40 galaxies, and 6 major regions. Through providing intuitive space conflicts, the game will put forward a pursuit in which you will be chasing space rabbits, collecting star chips and fighting a Goomba. Some multiple missions have also been introduced in a particular galaxy like in Egg Planet Galaxy.
Super Mario Galaxy is a Nintendo development that will ship exclusively to the Wii this November across North America.
