If you are waiting for new Grand Theft Auto IV, then you have to wait till next year. As chairman of Take 2, Strauss Zelnick announced that the company is not going to be specific on a release data for Grand Theft Auto IV until the game is ready to hit retailers.
After GTIV was pushed back from its October release, it was speculated that the new release date would be around the February to April range. The company claimed that the certain elements of developed need to be more time-intensive than expected, especially given the commitment for a simultaneous release on two very different platforms.
Strauss Zelnick also stated that the downloadable content for Gran Theft AutoIV will not play major in generating revenue for the company but it is like a business model, which company wants to pursue in the future.
The company is concerned about the initial delay, due to which company ahs missed the sales period of Christmas but it may give them big advantage in the New Year.
