Well, The History Channel is planning to be a contender in the computer-game market by creating a War game. The American Civil War thematic video game will appear to the market November 14, 2006 onwards. However, it has a lot of strategic elements involved within it. It gives you a chance to revive some of the most famous historical battles and attempt to become a daring warrior and feel how you would have done had you been alive back then.

You will be able to experience the America's Most Historic Battles with authentic weaponry of wartime and intense hand-to-hand warfare with excellent terrifying cinematic war experiences. You can get a hold of it on you PC, 360, or, a PS2.
