Microsoft has plans for second generations X-Box 360 that they have code named Zephyr.
This new console will answer all our questions about the player. The main problem in the first generation of the console was that it had no HDMI cable and the AV outputs were not capable of delivering a good HD experience.
Now as more and more game developers have started to release their creations on HD media there was an urgent need for the gaming consoles to also change their interfaces.
This new console will feature a cooler 65nm processor and will also boast of a 120GB player. Moreover the console will also have an integrated HDMI port for a full 1080p experience.
There is no news about the cost of the player but according to Engadget this console should bear the same price tag as the first generation console.
I will give you more information about the console as soon as we get some news.
