At the Digital Interactive Entertainment Conference (DIEC) Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto spoke about the Nintendo Revolution free-hand controller and the viability of the nunchaku peripheral that attaches to the controller. His concluding remarks were: ‘There’s another secret, but I’m not going to go into that here. That’ll be for a later date.’
Now that came as a surprise to many as there are even more revolutionary aspects to the Revolution which has already being confirmed by the firm.
But what is the next big surprise as announced by Miyamoto, and when is it going to be revealed? Is it another secret of the Revolution involving the controller or is it a new type of display not yet used in console gaming?
Well, we can only guess at this moment. However, my intuitions say that it has something to do with both the controller and the display. Atari’s Nolan Bushnell already praised Nintendo’s ideas on the 3D controller that Nintendo is working upon, so it could be something related to that along with the display.
We are keeping our fingers crossed. Hope this will be revealed sooner than we expect, maybe before E3 2006.
We would like to hear your guesses on the new secret as announced by Miyamoto.

ITS A ROFL COPTER.....j/k...hopefully itll convice 360 fanboys to not think nintendo is kiddy
It’s gotta be a VR-helmet that uses the controller as a navigation device. Also additional nav-points that you put on your feet and hands sounds reasonable. A nice VR-kit. Or perhaps it is an extra handheld display that works with the controller. Also I think they are going to work more with sound.
I Think the secret is about the price tag..
