Yeah, this Xbox 360 case mod really made me think of the beloved croc hunter from Down Under. If he were alive today, I’d certainly have tried to persuade a few fellow fans of the late conservationists to send him this thing as a gift. The creepy yet funny-in-a-way mod is the brainchild of modder dfwmonkie who hand-sculptured the console’s case into the rugged gator hide using innovative stuff from Bondo and coated it with paint and clear-coat to give it that glossy wet, just-crawled-out-of-the-water look. The good thing is that the mod is made from fake lizard-textured material and has a realistic alligator eye popped in place of the power switch and an equally real-looking set of teeth lining the DVD drive. The mod really dares you to face your worst gator fears in order to just start the console and I really think you need nerves of steel to have this thing staring at you while you 'try' to play your fav shooter.
