‘Haze’ might be this year’s most anticipated timed-exclusive FPS for the PS3, but a confirmation coming from Free Radical about another sequel in the well-accepted Timesplitters series seems minimizing impact of the former. In an interview with Kotaku, Rob Yescombe, scriptwriter at Free Radical, revealed that a third sequel i.e. TimeSplitters 4, to old classic FPS Timesplitters is in development; however, which systems will it support is currently vague.
Although, the details associated with TimeSplitters 4 remain thin on the ground, but talking about ‘Haze‘, the official hinted that the work is still in progress on next-gen FPS.
Here is what Kotaku scooped in:
In the past Timesplitters has been very satirical at the expense of movies, this time it will be satirical at the expense of video games.

TimeSplitters is an FPS series that lets you travel back and forth between 1935 and 2035, and the upcoming sequel with no different gameplay starts from the point where Timesplitters 2 ends.
