The new title in the Tom Clancy series is no more a secret as Paris-based publisher Ubisoft has announced Tom Clancy's EndWar, a new strategy game led by Michael de Plater, the man behind Total War series.

Ubisoft officially announced that it would be bringing its next entry in the Tom Clancy franchise to the next-gen console. However, no specific platforms have yet been confirmed, but I can still bet for a Xbox360 version.
EndWar is set in World War III and will allow gamers to lead their own armies against hundreds of others online. The creator of PC Total War series, Michael de Plater describes the new game as the 'war strategy game'
In fact, Ubisoft Shanghai is the team behind Splinter Cell, who has acquired tons of laurels for the game; Splinter Cell: Double Agent.
The game is expected to debut sometime this fiscal year 2007/08.
