Finally, Ubisoft has whipped the wrappers off of Rainbow Six Vegas2, the next and sixth installment in its tactical shooting series. Rainbow Six Vegas 2 is coming on PC, PS3 and 360 by March, 2008. The Montreal studio, which made the first series is now developing and offering more cooperative, tactical and online options than before.
As many observant gamers have already learned, if you take a look at the game information over at Ubisoft website, you will find only the Xbox 360 and PC are listed as platforms for Vegas 2. But it seems logical for Ubisoft to ignore PS3 owners. On the other hand, it could just be a mistake or may be the PS3 version of Rainbow Six Vegas 2 is not scheduled to arrive until later.
Yves Guillemot, CEO of Ubisoft stated that Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas 2 will remain a pioneer in the highly competitive first person shooter genre and it will bring more of what Rainbow Six fans love to the table.
