The pact will create a bit nuisance at the time of PS3 launch that has been postponed to March 2007 due to the paucity of hardware components. The bill says that the PS3 most applauded titles like Call of Duty 3 and Resistance: Fall of Man that are selling above the mark will be totally barred.

The bill has brought a small disappointment to the region gamers as they will not be able to play war games as they are under fire in Germany. The new pact has employed the game prohibition completely and if someone found guilty of doing business in violent games will be sentenced up to 1year of imprisonment.

The German veterans are doing really a pathetic job over there since any video game can never provoke a gamer to perform some mayhemic act. The violent malpractices could be the result of the psychological frame of the gamers playing war games and for what the games are claimed guilty.
