Violent Christian game: New crusade?

MSNBC reports that Left Behind: Eternal Forces, adapted from the blockbuster books by Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins is slated to be released in the second half of this year. Actually, nothing unusual with videogames adapted from books or movies. However, there is a catch with this one. It is a Christian game. There are quite a few Christian games doing rounds but they are largely boring and I am sure you won't disagree. The MSNBC post says that there would be two noticeable differences with this game -

a) The top-shelf design, which offers an eerily authentic reproduction of the game's Manhattan setting

b) A level of violence reminiscent of Grand Theft Auto!!

GTA and Christianity converging in Left Behind: Eternal Forces? Amazingly deadly cocktail. But then, a certain pious Christian called George W Bush (I am sure the name would ring bells in you) is causing the maximum violence in this planet now. Looking at that, it can be hardly surprising.
