Nintendo has already filed its astonishing win in North US and Japan with selling off somewhat 476,000 units in US in Nov. month and more than 50,000 units in just 12 hours in Japan. And recently one back UK sources reports one more record breaking sales figures with selling 105,000 Wii Units since its launch on 8th Dec. in the continent.

Now Australian continent is not intact from record breaking blizzard blown by Nintendo's Wii. Australian market has outdone existing record with surpassing the 32,901 mark in first four days after its launch in the continent on 7th Dec. Before this the ex-record holder was Xbox360 with selling 30,000 consoles, early this year in March.

If we look the figures with the world sales point of view, then the figures seems quite negligible; particularly if we peep over Japanese first 12 hour figures.

Further, sources added that the current sales figures contribute somewhat 43% to the total hardware sales i.e. 67% while standing second in the hardware sales category DS donates around 24% to the total hardware sale.

At what rate the console is selling off around the globe that shows the console will achieve its 4 million sales glimpses very shortly even before touching the set time period.
