Wii Fit costs more than just money

Taylor FlattJun 16 2008

Recently, a survey of 1,000 women was conducted and one out of every five of those women admitted to have hurt themselves or broken something while playing the Wii Fit. The Wii has caused an estimated £20 in damages in local home. The buyers are getting more than they bargained for when they bought the Wii and played to lose weight. Also in the poll, 86% of those women had said they either own or play to own a Wii. The Wii Fit, which I saw as a good buy, has caused more problems than any other console or game I've ever seen. With people pulling muscles, hitting their heads on objects, and knocking objects over this game is racking up its own cost when it comes to dollar for dollar. Personally, now that I've seen what has happened, I would almost advise against getting it for this reason unless you stretch, and have a decent balance.

The Wii Fit is a good buy if you have your wits about you. As long as you stretch before you play the game and know your surroundings you should be fine. But if you go into it like you are trying to kill snakes then you have a real chance of hurting yourself, someone around you, or items you own. Now I now the real meaning behind "Buyer Beware".
