After the successful Launch of Guitar Hero II over Xbox360, the developer Harmonix is preparing to ready itself for another grand launch of Guitar Hero III; a sequel to the Guitar Hero II.

As there is nothing to feel shocked since RedOctane has already confirmed officially that Guitar Hero III is on its way to the various platforms like PS3, PS2, Xbox360 and Wii.
RedOctane’s chief Kai Huang has confirmed the Wii version of Guitar Hero III will make use of a special guitar peripheral and will feature online support like online play and downloadable music. Huang told IGN that they are really excited about the Wii game because there are so many options for the Wii-mote.
“However, you will play the game with a guitar peripheral and it will be similar to a guitar you’ve seen in the past’, he added further.
Guitar Hero III will ship to the PS2, Xbox360, PS3 and Wii sometimes this Autumn.
