After the success of the wooden SNES portable, now look into this masterfully crafted refined NES design. Parker Dillmann’s come up with Yobo NES clone, simply rustic on some unusual SMB; it's easily available at game stores. This wooden portable NES has the power button fixed to the top of a big tact switch. The speakers and the unique volume slider are on the front panel along with the controller boards. On the extreme left, there’s the automatic headphone jack that switches the built-in speaker off when you plug in a headset. Then, you’ve the charger on the right that detaches the battery from the key circuit when you charge it. The hex headed screws look much superior to the standard stainless steel machine screws. It’s the first portable having a bright, clear, and sharp AEI Comp LCD screen. So, Dillmann deserves all credit for custom woodworking to get this engineering going, and he says he’s got dreams for his next portable.
