After launching a lot of WWE thematic games on the different video game consoles including Xbox, PS2, GameCube, and other handhelds, THQ is stepping towards next-gen platforms like Wii with its WWE game. The game as you all know in based on professional wrestling game.

Many titles like SmackDown vs. RAW, WrestleMania X8, Survivor Series are the previous titles that have won great laurels over different platforms.
PS3 console is also a platform that too is looking for its first wrestling genre title onto it, since previously WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2007 was announced onto Xbox360, PS2 and PSP including PS3 as well but due to some reasons, THQ withdrew its proposal and pulled its new addition to WWE SmackDown! Series back from PS3.
The PS3 is the console that is still waiting for its new WWE title but Nintendo's next-gen console Wii and Nintendo DS are next victims of professional wrestles. But you have to wait a bit longer as the new title will soar to the Nintendo platforms sometime in next fiscal year starting from April 2007.
Would be it SmackDown, RAW or WrestleMania series, slated to come on Nintendo platforms? Either God knows or THQ......!
