Xbox 360s on fire literally: Class Action Lawsuit filed against MS

After many suffered from the overheating of Xbox 360s, Robert Byers of Chicago has finally decided enough is enough. After suffering many hours with this problem, he made up his mind to make Microsoft pay dearly. He has filed a Class Action lawsuit against the software giant that manufactures the consoles.

The proposed class action claims that in Microsoft's bid to gain share in the $25 billion global video game market, the company was so hell-bent upon releasing the Xbox 360 before competing next-generation machines from Sony and Nintendo that it sold a 'defectively designed' product.

Now after the anticipation heat before the launch of Xbox 360 and the mad rush to acquire it, if you managed to get your hands on one unit and found out that it can singe you and cause grievous injury, what would you have done? Blamed your bad luck? Nah! That's not the way. Byers has shown the right way, isn't it folks?
