Tanks can be fun to play with. No I am not talking about the real ones. I am talking about the tanks that you can play with. If you are looking for a Christmas gift for your kids, the shocking and zapping tanks are great. The space age tanks can also add to your office decor.

The 'game' is based on a simple concept. You can use the R/C controllers to move the tanks on the surface. The inbuilt infrared cannon is the only weapon they have. So they take each other out with the infrared cannon. But, when they zap each other, it's brutal.

The best part about this tank game is when the opponent gets hit. The person operating the tank getting hit gets zapped along with the tank. The controller emits a minor jolt of current to zap the operator. So, if you want to experience the tank fun, the best way to do so would be to try and kill the other tank.

The shock levels that the opponent operator receives can be adjusted according to the mood of the operator. For example, you can switch from a 'wimp' to a 'tough guy'. By the way, the controller is suitable for kids under 14 years of age. The tanks and R/C controllers can be bought online at a number of sites. Sites like ThinkGeek and Amazon are selling these bad boys for 40 to 50 bucks. The simple game can be a lot of fun.
