Geared up to enable all PC games with a 3D vision, Nvidia is ready to rock the gamers worldwide courtesy a new 3D graphics card. Owing to this card, any PC could run a game in normal mode or in 3D. The gamers will need a pair of 3D glasses to enjoy the 3D gaming experience. The software driver would allow a three-dimensional left and a right eye view at the push of a button. It’s not at all pivotal that all the games have to be 3D; it’s just an option. Another peculiarity allows freedom to the game developers to carve the games as they like them to. The major hurdle Nvidia faces is to make the glasses extensively available at retail and providing them an upright look. Nvidia is throwing in some very serious attempt to curb these obstacles. As of now, we are here with no word on pricing or tentative date of release.

Counting on the popularity of PixelJunk Monsters, Dylan Cuthbert and Q-Games are all set to rock the gamers with Encore - a new expansion pack to the original game. Encore will have one new island, 15 new levels, 5 new music tracks from Otograph, Ice Tower, and the Tesla tower at a slashed rate. Encore and all prospect PixelJunk games will be having an anti-burn alternative in the list of options to avoid the PixelJunk logo being eternally thrust into your screens. For those, who are unknown to this particular set of games, PixelJunk Monsters makes you in charge of a village as head of clan whose function is to guard the people of his village from gangs of fiends. He has typical arrow towers and cannons to flare towers, or even hives of insects. Encore may hit market towards the end of May. There is still no words on pricing.

Videogame piracy reached an epidemic level long-time back but since the likes of PS consoles weren’t as popular as PC games, the manufacturers continued to develop products. The stance has changed from thereon and now the PC game developers choose the games to be released very carefully. For one, there is a lot of competition and two, piracy is a major killer of the profit share. The plight of Crytek with relevance to the Crysis, which is the worst affected by the piracy margin is a good example. Crytek president Cevat Terli in a recent interview quipped:
We are suffering currently from the huge piracy that is encompassing Crysis. We seem to lead the charts in piracy by a large margin, a chart leading that is not desirable. I believe that’s the core problem of PC Gaming, piracy. To the degree PC Gamers that pirate games inherently destroy the platform. Similar games on consoles sell factors of 4-5 more. It was a big lesson for us and I believe we wont have PC exclusives as we did with Crysis in future. We are going to support PC, but not exclusive anymore.

If you think that you have the best racing game in the world then think again. The problem with modern gaming consoles is that they just concentrate too much on a wide variety of stuff and never concentrate on something with single-minded focus. While blaming them in this regard is a bit too harsh as they do indeed do nothing but just try and sell their products, nothing can match the madness of a pure racing fan when it comes to using the best in the business. So we bring to you a racing simulator that is probably the best in the world today and could prove to be the training ground for that future Shume or even Senna.

If a game is pitted to be a record breaker from all aspects this year, it has to be well and truly the fourth edition of the Grand Theft Auto. GTA always derives heavy criticism but this time around the popularity is purely soaring on a more positive note. It is expected that GTA IV would even brush aside the opening week sales record of Halo III by generating revenue of $400 million. Many acclaimers have started hailing it as the game of the year.

When your two favorite pastimes clash then why not combine the two. Now, if we cant combine all favorite pastimes, then at least when it comes to racing and gaming, we can definitely do something about it. So is this a question that all you Guitar Hero fans on X-Box would like to answer? I suppose not. But the Cigar Box Guitar is really something cool and something that is a lot better than the one on X-Box. This is also regarding the fact that X-Box 360 is a lot less appealing that the Wii and it is losing out rapidly. If it really does not do something quick enough then it might end up again being at the back of the gaming console fights.

The Grand Theft Auto IV is due to hit the stores in a couple of days time and the moment you unwind the pack and get the game rolling you could now choose between gaming with fervour or otherwise. I say so because the cheat codes for the game have been already revealed, thus, it purely depends on you to give it shot without assistance or go for the kill with some help from the codes. The surety of their accuracy can only be determined when you use them whilst playing, but the range available still sounds luring enough to be given a try with cheats for Invincibility, Health and Money featured.

Even before you get too excited on this and start jumping up and down like an absolute idiot let me tell you that this is something that is utterly and totally out of the rumor mill. While we can go on and claim it to be pretty much true, we will not do that yet as we do not have any authentic and definitive confirmation on this one. But as soon as we get it, you can bet your bottom penny that we will let you know. The oft-rumored, oft-denied BioShock PlayStation 3 port could arrive this September or so say some sources.
